Yuliya Khromyak is an Associate with Tucker Law Group, LLC, specializing in employment and complex civil litigation. Ms. Khromyak came to TLG from a large law firm in Philadelphia where she represented employers of all sizes in employment-related litigation before administrative agencies, state and federal courts, and arbitrators. She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Ms. Khromyak is a graduate of Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, where she served as an Articles Editor for the Villanova Law Review, and co-chaired the Face to Face Birth Certificate Clinic, which helps Pennsylvania’s low-income residents obtain their birth certificates to access essential needs like a social security card, a driver’s license/state identification, employment, and school enrollment. While attending Villanova Law, Ms. Khromyak worked as a law clerk for a plaintiff’s side employment discrimination law boutique and an insurance defense law firm. Ms. Khromyak also clerked for the Hon.  Juan R. Sànchez of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania while attending law school.

Ms. Khromyak hails from a small town in western Ukraine and currently resides in Philadelphia with her partner and their fluffy cat. When she is not litigating, Ms. Khromyak spends her free time cooking, reading thrillers, attending fitness classes, and traveling to new cities.
