Julian C. Williams has nationwide litigation experience helping clients navigate complex legal and business issues, including regulatory matters and data privacy incidents, and major class action litigation.  In addition, Julian advises clients on compliance with data privacy and cybersecurity requirements such as the Gramm-Leach Bliley Act (GLBA), the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and state data breach notification laws.  Julian is a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP) with the International Association of Privacy Professionals.  Julian’s experience includes handling all aspects of such cases from inception through trial in both state and federal courts.  He writes and speaks often on privacy and data security.  In his pro bono practice, Julian represents children in dependency proceedings through the Support Center for Child Advocates.  He is also a member of the Barristers’ Association of Philadelphia.  He is known for his thoughtful approach, winning attitude, and exceptional client service.

Julian earned his undergraduate degree from Brown University and his law degree from Columbia University.  Before joining TLG, Julian was an associate at a national law firm in Philadelphia.  When he is not busy working, Julian loves to read.
