Juan Andrés Marroquín is an associate at Tucker Law Group, where he represents clients in complex civil litigation, with a focus on employment matters, education law, and federal civil-rights claims. His practice includes drafting dispositive and pretrial motions, managing all phases of written discovery, and developing case strategies grounded in careful factual analysis and comprehensive legal research.

Mr. Marroquín earned his law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law, where he graduated magna cum laude. At Temple, he was a Conwell Scholar and served as a Research Assistant to Professor Evelyn Rangel-Medina, contributing to scholarship on employment law, immigration, and Latinx studies. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws (Licenciado en Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales) from Universidad Francisco Marroquín in Guatemala, where he graduated magna cum laude.

Mr. Marroquín brings litigation experience developed across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas. Before joining Tucker Law Group, he practiced for more than four years as a junior associate in the White-Collar Crime and Investigations practice group of a prominent Guatemalan law firm. In that role, he conducted internal investigations involving domestic and cross-border fraud, drafted litigation documents in high-stakes matters, and worked directly with clients, opposing counsel, and law-enforcement officials.

Mr. Marroquín was born in Guatemala, is a native Spanish speaker, and enjoys soccer, golf, tennis, swimming, and attending live sporting events.
