Mr. Borelli has extensive experience representing a wide array of clients including product manufacturers and distributors, property owners, retail businesses, construction companies and educational institutions in various civil litigation matters including the defense of claims involving negligence, premises liability, products liability, automobile and trucking liability and construction accidents in state and federal court in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Mr. Borelli also represents clients in employment law matters involving claims of discrimination, retaliation, and harassment, including actions arising under Title VII, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination.
