Jessica A. Rickabaugh is a civil litigator with experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States.  She has represented individuals, closely held businesses, and Fortune 500 companies in tort, false advertising, and civil rights cases.  Ms. Rickabaugh has particular expertise representing pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex civil litigation, including in class actions and personal injury cases.  She has achieved appellate victories for her clients in both Pennsylvania state court and at the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Rickabaugh has counseled clients through civil investigations by state attorneys general and the U.S. Department of Justice, including investigations under state consumer protection laws and the federal False Claims Act.  She has also advised companies on compliance with FDA regulations.

Ms. Rickabaugh is proud to serve her community.  She provides pro bono representation to children in dependency proceedings through the Support Center for Child Advocates, and to individuals in immigration and civil rights matters.  Ms. Rickabaugh is on the Board of Directors for the Homeless Advocacy Project.

Before joining TLG, Ms. Rickabaugh was Of Counsel at a national law firm in Philadelphia.  The Legal Intelligencer named Ms. Rickabaugh one of Pennsylvania’s “Lawyers on the Fast Track” in 2017.  She has published in Law360 and In-House Defense Quarterly, and has been a presenter for FDLI and CBI.  Ms. Rickabaugh clerked for the Honorable Ronald D. Castille of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
