Javier Gonzalez is an Associate with Tucker Law Group and has obtained favorable results in state and federal court.  Mr. Gonzalez focuses his practice on catastrophic injury, commercial, employment discrimination, and higher education litigation.

Before joining Tucker Law Group, Mr. Gonzalez was a litigator at a large firm in Philadelphia where he handled complex commercial, employment, and health care matters.  Immediately prior, he served as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Middlesex County Prosecutor’s Office for five years, where he was able to hone his litigation skills by managing a diverse caseload of more than a hundred matters with charges including murder, armed robbery, aggravated assault, and domestic violence.  In this role, Mr. Gonzalez assisted specialized law enforcement units to advance their investigations of violent offenders and served as lead counsel during numerous trials.

Mr. Gonzalez received his undergraduate degree from the University of Maryland, College Park, and his Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.  In law school, Mr. Gonzalez was a member of the Moot Court Board and a Senior Intern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp of the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.  Upon graduation, Mr. Gonzalez served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Terrence R. Cook of the New Jersey Superior Court, Criminal Division.  Before going to law school, Mr. Gonzalez worked in the banking industry.
