Hillary B. Weinstein is an experienced litigator.  At TLG, Ms. Weinstein focuses her practice on employment discrimination cases, catastrophic personal injury matters, and complex civil litigation.  Ms. Weinstein brings a unique perspective to her practice, having both prosecuted and defended civil claims.

Ms. Weinstein came to TLG from a small law firm she co-founded, where she focused her practice on appellate advocacy, Lanham Act claims, and insurance bad faith litigation.  Ms. Weinstein has also represented plaintiffs in consumer class action litigation and provided legal counsel to nonprofit institutions and foundations of all sizes. Ms. Weinstein began her career as an attorney at a large international law firm where she concentrated her practice in complex commercial disputes and defending against copyright infringement class actions.

Following her graduation from law school, Ms. Weinstein spent a year-long fellowship through the Philadelphia Bar Association at the Capital Habeas Unit of the Federal Community Defender.  During law school, she spent a semester as an extern with the prosecution team at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague, Netherlands.  Since 2017, Ms. Weinstein has served on the Board of Directors of Philadelphia Lawyers for Social Equity, an organization dedicated to providing assistance and education to indigent individuals in Philadelphia applying for pardons and moving for expungements of their criminal records.

Ms. Weinstein resides in Philadelphia with her husband, two sons, and family dog.  Her current hobbies include practicing yoga, playing pickleball, resisting a move to the suburbs, and chauffeuring her kids between different activities.
