Heather R. Olson is a complex civil litigation attorney who concentrates her practice on commercial, product liability and personal injury matters in state and federal courts. For nearly two decades, Ms. Olson has been a trusted counselor and advisor to a diverse client base ranging from individuals to Fortune 100 companies. Clients bring to Ms. Olson their most complex issues requiring creative and pragmatic solutions. Ms. Olson recognizes that no two legal matters or clients are the same, and she is committed to steadfastly working to gain a thorough understanding of the facts of each case and the objectives of each client so that together she and her clients can achieve the best outcomes possible.
Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Olson gained substantial experience handling high-stakes litigation matters at large national and international law firms. With a background in business from the Wharton School, she has successfully litigated a wide variety of commercial matters. These include a range of breach of contract disputes and debt collection actions on behalf of clients such as manufacturers, advertising agencies, software developers, banks, medical and dental professionals, and real estate and insurance companies. Additionally, Ms. Olson has defended some of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies in multidistrict litigation and mass tort state coordinations. She has written published legal articles on products liability litigation.
Ms. Olson is dedicated to serving in the communities where she lives and works. Most recently as a volunteer for Achieve Now, Ms. Olson has devoted many hours to partnering with elementary schools in Philadelphia to help improve literacy among children in the City. Ms. Olson has also served on the Board of Trustees of her family’s neighborhood swim club in New Jersey.
