David J. Carcamo is an associate with Tucker Law Group specializing in civil litigation.  With his sharp research and writing skills, he provides valuable assistance on an array of matters, including employment discrimination, general liability, higher education litigation, and civil and constitutional rights.  Mr. Carcamo first came to TLG as a summer law clerk though the  firm’s internship program with Temple Law School.

Mr. Carcamo previously served as a summer judicial law clerk to the Honorable L. Felipe Restrepo of the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals.  There, he researched issues on appeal, drafted legal memoranda, and observed oral arguments. Mr. Carcamo additionally served as a Legislative Aide to former Philadelphia City Councilwoman Maria Quiñones-Sánchez. He also took part in the Temple Law Sheller Center for Social Justice’s partnership with the Washington Office of Latin America, assisting immigration attorneys representing asylum seekers. Finally, Mr. Carcamo took part in Temple Law School’s year-long Integrated Trial Advocacy Program, where he gained valuable theoretical knowledge and practical experience in civil litigation.

Mr. Carcamo is a graduate of Penn State University and Temple Law School and is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, collecting vinyl, and reading biographies. He is also a fluent Spanish speaker.
