Chelsea Biemiller focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, successfully representing corporate, educational, and individual clients in all aspects of commercial, tort, employment, and contract matters in federal court, state court, and arbitrations.  Strongly committed to client advocacy, Ms. Biemiller approaches each matter with careful attention to detail, clear communication, and a practical understanding of her clients’ goals.

Ms. Biemiller has extensive litigation experience which includes successfully taking jury and bench trials to verdict, representing her clients in arbitrations, and routinely arguing dispositive and discovery motions.  She has guided her clients through investigations and counseled them on employment, regulatory, and compliance issues. She is proud to have achieved complete appellate victories for her clients in both state court and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Ms. Biemiller graduated magna cum laude from the Thomas R. Kline School of Law at Drexel University. While in law school, she served as a member of the Moot Court Board, and as a Lead Editor for the Drexel Law Review, where her note was chosen for publication.  She was also selected to serve as a Dean’s Scholar, which involved assisting first year students and leading weekly review sessions in Criminal Law.

Dedicated to community service, Ms. Biemiller has volunteered as a client interviewer for the Philadelphia Family Court Domestic Violence Unit, and as a Marshall Brennan Constitutional Law Fellow, where she taught constitutional law and advocacy skills to Philadelphia high school students.  Her pro bono work also includes assisting refugee families seeking asylum in the United States and advising non-profit organizations on employment and contractual issues.

Prior to joining TLG, Ms. Biemiller was managing counsel at a large firm in Philadelphia where she represented employers and institutional clients of all sizes.  She has been included on Best Lawyers’ “Ones to Watch” list from 2020 to 2026; Super Lawyers named her a “Rising Star” from 2022 to 2024.  She has published articles in the Legal Intelligencer and presented to the Forum of Executive Women.  She is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
