Yvonne B. Montgomery is a shareholder in TLG’s Philadelphia office. She concentrates her practice in complex civil litigation with an emphasis in employment discrimination litigation, general liability and insurance coverage disputes. Ms. Montgomery received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh and her law degree from West Virginia University College of Law. Ms. Montgomery is also a former assistant district attorney in Delaware County. Ms. Montgomery served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis J. Braithwaite of the Superior Court of New Jersey.

• Smith v. Ehrlich, $2.5 million settlement. Smith, a 44-year-old-single-mother, was struck from behind while stopped at a red light;
• Zankel v. Temple University, Plaintiff’s allegations of disability, discrimination and violation of the FMLA dismissed following Temple’s 12(b)(6) Motion; Dismissal affirmed by the Third Circuit;
