Michon L. Crawford concentrates her practice on complex civil litigation, including commercial litigation, employment discrimination and general liability defense matters.  Her experience includes the prosecution and defense of employment discrimination matters, the prosecution and defense of restrictive covenants and claims of unfair competition, safety and security issues in higher education, civil rights violations and police excessive force cases.  Ms. Crawford has represented individuals as well as higher education institutions, hospitals, school districts and corporate entities ranging in size from small business ventures to Fortune 100 companies in both state and federal court proceedings.

Ms. Crawford has successfully tried cases to jury verdicts resulting in either complete defense verdicts or, in cases involving the defense of breach of contract claims, the reduction of damages by more than 75% of the damages originally claimed in multi-million dollar matters.  Ms. Crawford’s appellate experience involves employment discrimination, Pennsylvania Whistleblower Law and civil rights claims.  Prior to joining Tucker Law Group, she began her legal career as an associate in the litigation department of Montgomery, McCracken, Walker & Rhoads, LLP in Philadelphia defending complex civil litigation matters including breach of contract, antitrust violations, securities violations and products liability. Ms. Crawford has been active over the years in various Bryn Mawr College alumni affairs, and has given lectures and presentations on a wide array of practice and legal profession subjects.
