Douglas Jenkins is Counsel at The Tucker Law Group. Mr. Jenkins is a seasoned trial attorney who has tried more than fifty cases to verdict and has argued before the Superior Court of Pennsylvania. He concentrates his practice in the area of complex civil litigation and labor matters. Mr. Jenkins’ clients include Fortune 100 companies, self insured entities, individual personal injury plaintiffs and local unions. Mr. Jenkins is called upon by many non-profit entities for risk management assessment and case analysis in serious personal injury cases. Mr. Jenkins has successfully represented clients on appeal in complex civil matters, establishing new legal precedent in some instances. Mr. Jenkins taught CLE classes and has presented seminars for clients on risk management and case management issues.

- Curtis v. Temple University – March Term 2008, No. 01087:
Represented Temple in a premises liability action that was tried to verdict. The jury came back with a defense verdict. - Colston v. TUH – September Term 2007, No. 3636:
Represented Temple Hospital in a negligent infliction of emotional distress case for anxiety associated with contracting an infectious disease after needle stick. The Judge awarded Plaintiff no damages for emotional distress but gave Plaintiff a nominal award for pain and suffering associated with the needle stick incident. - Victory Clothing v. Wachovia – February 2004, No. 001397;
Represented Victory Clothing in a complex UCC case involving check fraud. The judge apportioned liability under the UCC creating new law in the field. - Walker v. TUH – January Term, 2008, No. 002494:
Represented Temple Hospital in a premises liability action that was tried to verdict. The jury came back with a defense verdict. - Wesley v. Vaugn – E.D. Pa. No. 99-1228:
Represented inmate in pro bono prisoner’s rights case in equity action that was tried to verdict regarding procedures at the prison. - Hughes v. Temple – November Term 2005 No. 003285:
Represented Temple in a premises liability action that was tried to verdict. The jury came back with a nominal Plaintiff’s award. - Edwin McKnight v. Temple – January Term , 2007, No. 001994:
Represented Temple in a premises liability action that was tried to verdict. The jury awarded Plaintiff the amount of his medical bills only. - Kimberlin v. Diamlerchrysler – November Term 2002 No. 00794:
Represented Diamlerchrysler in a Lemon law breach of warranty case. The jury came back with a defense verdict. - Lark v. Temple – CCP, September Term 2000, No. 2212:
Represented Temple in action argued in front of Superior Court of Pennsylvania in appeal taken by Plaintiff. The Court denied the appeal.
